Wales on Rails
We are working on a new travel website 'Wales on Rails'. The aim of the project is to promote tourism by using public transport throughout Wales. Encouraging safe, sustainable, and scenic adventures. http://walesonrails.co.uk/
This new website will link the Great Little Trains of Wales Limited (GLToW) members with the rail, bus and coach networks in Wales and the UK. When it is safe to travel, it will also include sea ports and airports for international travellers.
Funding for this project has come from GLToW members, the Visit Wales Tourism Product Innovation Fund and the Community Rail Partnerships in Wales and the borders.
Wales has some amazing scenic rail routes and we hope that this new website will become a useful planning tool for travellers.
